Peter Kitchak, driving the Toad Hall Motor Racing 1969 Porsche 911 wins the Klub Sport Challenge Race for sports cars of 2.0 liters or less at the Palm Beach Road Races in Palm Beach Florida. Results   

Kitchak, driving a Porsche 911, maintained by Moorespeed Race Engineering of Austin, Texas, led from the pole to win the race by only two car lengths.

It was only Kitchak's second race in the car which he purchased from Jack Lewis Enterprises in December of 2000.

Jim Oppenheimer, driving his Lola T-70 also won his class in the Rolex Historic Enduro driving with Craig Bennett. Results.
